Guest Services - Check-In Instructions

Check-in is 4:00pm PST and check-out is 10:00am PST.  Final Instructions will be sent to guests 7 days prior to guest arrival date via email containing information regarding their stay ( i.e. check-in instruction, property access information, address, directions).  In most cases, guests will access a property via a lock box or resort lock. An early check-in request may be made 24-48 hours prior to arrival via email or phone and are subject to availability. Early check-in time is 2pm. Guests must depart the property by the 10am check-out time unless a late check-out has been coordinated and confirmed directly with the SkyRun office 24 hours prior to guest departure date by 3pm.  Late check-out is Noon.  Please visit the Terms and Conditions regarding late check-outs. 

Parking may be limited based on the rental property. The Final Instruction email will contain information regarding parking. To avoid being towed, booted, or ticketed please adhere to local parking rules, signs and please do not park in spaces that are not indicated for the rental property.  During winter months, parking in many area of North Lake Tahoe is prohibited on streets due to snowplowing.  SkyRun is not responsible and will not reimburse guests for any costs incurred as a result of parking in a prohibited areas.
